The customer service NEEDS a lot of work. Whenever I have ordered for pickup, I always must wait an additional 20-25 min. The staff needs to be trained in how to communicate with customers instead of “it’s just not up”. I’m waiting for my food right now that should have be ready 20 minutes ago. This will be my last visit. Update: So when I got home to eat my food, I realize that I did not get my loaded baked potato that I ordered and paid extra for. So basically I paid extra for nothing.
