The food was delicious and the service was great! We had oysters and pasta, and will be going back. Phil was our waiter and he was terrific
The customer service NEEDS a lot of work. Whenever I have ordered for pickup, I always must wait an additional 20-25 min. The staff needs to be trained in how to communicate with customers instead of “it’s just not up”. I’m waiting for my food right now that should have be ready 20 minutes ago. This will be my last visit. Update: So when I got home to eat my food, I realize that I did not get my loaded baked potato that I ordered and paid extra for. So basically I paid extra for nothing. Sorry for the communication issue when you visited HL&S. We have a great staff, but once in awhile things like this happen that are beyond our control. I can assure you it wasn’t intentional. We’ll be happy to reimburse you for the loaded potato.
