Don't hire this company to do anything. They were supposed to do some home repairs in August for us and the day they were supposed to show up at 8:00am they left a email at 8:34am saying they weren't coming because their crew was sick. They later said they lost a lot of workers so they couldn't come out until December. The day they were supposed to come out in December between 7:30am and 7:45 am they again, didn't show. An Estimate was completed on May 18, 2021 for the customer. The Estimate was approved on May 21, 2021 by the customer. The project was scheduled for completion in August 2021. We gave the customer dates for his project and he called us to tell us that the dates that were given were not going to work for him and at that time he took items off of the Original Estimate. We rescheduled the project for a start date of August 23, 2021. On Monday, August 23, we had two employees call off sick with the possibilities of Covid. We con... read more

We had Hook Home Maintenance redo our deck with Trex and they did a fine job, everything we wanted. We had them do a few minor home repairs and they were done fine. We had them retile the floors in two bathrooms and the results were good. Then we had them retile the kitchen, laundry room, half bath and foyer. This did not go as well. They had one good person to do tile but they had 2 people doing it. The second person did a poor job, scuffed paint on the walls. cracked molding and left lots of grout and glue residue. During the 2 weeks that I worked with hook home maintenance. I witnessed a lot of very unprofessional behaviour verging on criminal. These comments are from a past disgruntled employee who worked for us for 2 weeks and was terminated from our company on Friday, May 28, 2021 for causing problems with his peers and management. He was not a good fit for our business. We will not be commenting on any further details in regards to his termination. If he continues to harass and slander our company, we will file harassment charges with the local police department. This type of slander and behaiviour from him needs to cease immediately.

Well I have to say read the reviews posted before me on Google they aren't lying. These gentlemen came over and took down what I wanted done to my kitchen and said I about a week will get back to you with a quote. Its been over 2 weeks. Don't bother emailing them or calling them they wouldn't not respond. It's sad I am posting this. I wasted a full 2 weeks to hear back and nothing so don't waste your time with these guys.

A representative came out on June 22, 2020 to give an estimate to remove rotted wood above my garage door and replace it, along with the trim on the rear of my house. I was happy with the estimate and tried to set up a time to have the work done. They said they would call back to schedule an appointment. After several days went by, no call. Hired Hook to replace garage door trim. D and T found insects under trim, they called exterminator and replaced all damaged wood to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Hook. ****** *** ******
