I was looking for a new place for my hair in the Kimberly area. I had high hopes from the reviews. However, I did spend almost an hour and a half there for a haircut. I’m not saying I wanted her to rush, but she was very slow and no urgency. My hairdresser was a little unprofessional saying she screwed up my haircut which caught me off guard. My haircut was just okay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience.
I use to love going here but the one hair stylist kept on canceling on me multiple times. When I eventually got into see someone. The day of 2-27-2025. We had someone not show up for there shift at our family bossiness in the salon. So I had to stay and work rest of the day and tried to explain but they wouldn't work with me to reschedule and said to go some where else. I absolutely will never recommend this place to anyone not even to my worst enemy.
Kristin is amazing and gives a wonderful facial experience.
Great facial experience. Update. Also great haircut experience as well.
