We recently had to put down our 12 year old cat, Ziggy. The staff was great to work with throughout our tough month of decisions, blood work, and testing. Dr. Brown went out of her way to provide comfort and and understanding and understood that a cat is more than a pet, they are family. We picked up his ashes today and were surprised by the thoughtfulness of the paw prints and personal cards.
Had a terrible experience with one of the vets here, she was unprofessional and did not handle emergency care properly. Don't use them for an emergency!
Dr. Brown and team are fantastic!!! I have only had wonderful experiences with them and fully trust their judgement and advice. Thank you for helping make my cat's life better!!
I can't say enough about the staff at Hoof and Paw! Drs. Horne, Brown, Wilson, and Ashby all treated my cat, Autumn, who most likely had a brain tumor, over the last year, like she was their own. The entire staff, from the front desk to the vet techs, treated me like family when it was time to let Autumn go. Above and beyond care. Thank you for making a very sad day a bit more bearable.
