We had an amazing experience with Dr. baker today! She responded quickly to a call about a very sick pick and even worked her schedule around when I had to leave to pickup kids from school. She was caring, thorough and answered all of our questions and more. So happy to have found her. We definitely will be using her in the future for our animals!
Dr Baker and her assistant came out today to check my goat herd and Faye who has been coughing. they did a wonderful job checking each one carefully, trimming hoovrs and checking out Faye. vaccines were given; antibiotics given to Faye and everybody was happy! It is wonderful to find a veterinarian who has up-to-date expertise in goat medicine and genuinely loves Goats!
Dr. Baker came to see 2 baby calves I rescued. She was knowledgable, kind and great at what she does! She castrated them quickly, dehorned them and they didn't feel a thing. She will be back to vaccinate them at the appropriate time, and sent an email reminder for what they need and when they need it. Her rates were very reasonable! Highly recommend.
I can't praise Dr. Baker enough. I called her with an emergency regarding my pig last night. Came right away and did everything she possibly could. When we decided she needed more invasive care, she set everything up and had staff waiting for our arrival an hour away. I've never had a vet come with me out to another location to continue emergency treatment. Even though my baby didn't make it, I know Dr. Baker did everything possible to help her. Hands down, absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for everything last night.
Dr. Baker has been absolutely wonderful every time I have had to have her come out. I have two young horses, one of which is a bit flighty and she is very patient and understanding. She is truly a vet who cares about the animals above all else!
I had to give Dr.Baker a call at 7:15 PM on a week night when my horse got kicked in the face. She got to us by 8 PM and stitched my boy right up in less than an hour. Not only did she fix him up but she did it with no complaints in 30 degree weather. Very reasonable prices especially for after hours visits. Super impressed with Hoof and Horn I would highly recommend her!
