I was looking for a good shop to have some work done on my bike and this place came highly recommended. I needed a tune up, new front tire and was going to swap out my bars. After a few weeks I called to find out that we were waiting on my bars. The next week Brian calls and said these might not be what I wanted but since I was sick I had to wait a week to go test them. A frequent customer. Excellent shop with good knowledgable staff and service.. (Brians great) . Its a smaller, local kind of shop. Their prices are not marked up like big chain powersports stores.Theres not much for stock on the shelves, (compared to a big dealership) but they have more than the basics, and you can always order any/every thing you need fast... I went there to get my ltz400 jetted when I originally called the mechanic told me that he's worked on it multiple times. And then it'd be a piece oc cake. he's worked on them a lot before the 450 came out. he told me it would take him 5 days after week I called them to see the progress of it they haven't even started on my quad at that point. they said they were all of a sudden really busy and they would get to my quad. No thanks. Took forever and the work was shoddy. – Not impressed by the work or the service. The job that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks took 2 months. There was no communication about progress. When I called to check up I was told weekly that it would be done early the next week and also told not to call back again and that they would call me for sure when it was ready.
