My husband and I have lived here a year and 8 months. The AC is always broken and blowing 80 degrees in 100 degree weather. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! Maintenance takes their sweet time in fixing it and when fixed it only lasts 6-7 days before breaking again.
I love the customer service that I receive from everyone in the office and maintenance team. I have had a continuing issue with the Air conditioning. The AC has leaked and the maintenance team promptly unclogged the AC but that is only a temporary fix. The ac has now leaked so badly the ceiling in my bathroom completly fell and I am still waiting on it to be fixed the AC is leaking bad and causing alot of mold in the bathroom and the floors are getting water damage. My wife & I have been here for about 4 1/2 months. We moved in pretty quickly and even moved in sooner with the help of the property manager. I personally love the property manager and haven’t had any issues. I do love the fact that we have a gym in the apartment complex as I'm always in there. I also love that I have a top floor balcony , I love looking at the pool and just the views especially early in the morning.
