Honest review.. we’ve been looking for a place since June 2025 and have been turned down due to our credit history and rental history… Matthew and Ms. Krissi in the leasing office were super helpful. Told us what we needed to do for approval and worked with us to get us into a place. 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Aside from the business end of things, they’re super friendly and make you feel right at home.

Worked with Matthew and he went above and beyond to help me and my little family get housed same day! My situation was more than complex but he made it happen and I am forever grateful. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend! Come on down and ask for Matthew.
i lived here for a short amount of time. the bathroom was not pleasing at all. the wall around the tub had tiles that were not putting in properly. the toilet seat was stained from a previous tenant and i had to purchase a new one. the sliding door did not lock once i told maintenance about it they permanently locked it to where we could no longer open it. the water would get extremely hot or cold while showering. i later found out the entire complex or building shares ONE water heater. the fridge and oven were brand new whi... read more
My husband and I have lived here a year and 8 months. The AC is always broken and blowing 80 degrees in 100 degree weather. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! Maintenance takes their sweet time in fixing it and when fixed it only lasts 6-7 days before breaking again.
