i lived here for a short amount of time. the bathroom was not pleasing at all. the wall around the tub had tiles that were not putting in properly. the toilet seat was stained from a previous tenant and i had to purchase a new one. the sliding door did not lock once i told maintenance about it they permanently locked it to where we could no longer open it. the water would get extremely hot or cold while showering. i later found out the entire complex or building shares ONE water heater. the fridge and oven were brand new whi... read more
My husband and I have lived here a year and 8 months. The AC is always broken and blowing 80 degrees in 100 degree weather. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! Maintenance takes their sweet time in fixing it and when fixed it only lasts 6-7 days before breaking again.
I love the customer service that I receive from everyone in the office and maintenance team. I have had a continuing issue with the Air conditioning. The AC has leaked and the maintenance team promptly unclogged the AC but that is only a temporary fix. The ac has now leaked so badly the ceiling in my bathroom completly fell and I am still waiting on it to be fixed the AC is leaking bad and causing alot of mold in the bathroom and the floors are getting water damage.
