I was happy with the service the first couple times I went there. In LATE MAY OF 2021, I took my lawn mower to get repaired! A few weeks later, I got to pick it up. I mowed my yard a couple times after that mower ran great! In SEPTEMBER of 2021, 4 MONTHS, later I took my mower back up there because it would NOT START! Took Zero Turn in Fall to he repaired. Plenty of time to be ready to go in Spring. Technician kept interrupting me as to what the problem was as he "knew" it was the starter. First time mowing and same problem still there. Start diagnostics ourselves and went for parts. Did not have them - and then against their policy to give me my part number to get one in faster. Find somewhere else to go for service or another brand and save some headaches.
I purchased a new Toro lawnmower from Hoods. Less than a year later it broke down and was inoperable. Hoods refused to honor Toro's own warranty and charged me for labor and parts to repair it. They also charged me a $20 "service fee" for using a credit card. I will go back to Home Depot from now on for lower pricing and better service.
Totally helpful answering questions and came and picked up my mower for service...just couldn’t ask for more helpful staff and help...thank you..home town business are the best..supporting them makes our community grow...
Helped us get the perfect fertilizer and explained exactly how to use it so our grass would flourish. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
