hoods is terrible, I've had more than 1 bad experience. the latest , they did a diagnosis on my son's blazer. they managed to send the vehicle out with no spark plugs... long story short they wanted too much to fix it so I had it towed home..found out later the spark plugs were missing.. tow it back, they supposedly fix everything, send it back out with no radiator cap and no coolant.... piss poor service and craftsmanship.. RecommendedVince showed up at my house on time Sat. morning and did a thorough, professional and timely job on my new VW Atlas. He even buffed out some additional scratches at no charge. I spoke to other Mobile Dent Repair Shops and they were way too arrogant, overpriced and insisted I come to them (Dent Technique) or would not return calls. I highly recommend Vince at Hood's UP Automotive Services.
My vehicle was towed here after an accident on Friday last week. All of my belongings are missing. I called and spoke with Mechelle whom said she is the owner said basically they are a family owned business and they don't have to steal, lol, the proper way to have handled this situation would have to advise me they will investigate the situation and get back with me, instead I had to file a police report. I would like to thank Ryan at Hood's Automotive & Towing. My parents had an accident by the airport while on their way to pick up my husband and I. He was awesome! I was staying at the Sheraton at St. Louis. Without telling the hotel, they towed everyone's car to repave the parking lot. Hoods Auto Towing moves my car and damaged the engine shield under the engine. I told the tow truck driver and he refused to acknowledge he did it. I asked for his name and he shoved his dirty glove in my face. Later I complained to management. Turns out the dirty liar did not make a report about damaging the car.
