Bought a car from them 7 weeks ago and still no title or registration. They only replied once to my emails and calls...so here I am filing a complaint with the DMV to just get simple paperwork. It's a shame they can't just do business straightforwardly.
Shaun was amazingly helpful. Got me in and out the same day with an amazing deal. The car service engine line kicked on the next day and when I talked to Shaun about bringing it in on the warranty he instead fixed it on the house so I didn’t have to use my warranty after just buying the car. Really went above and beyond for my family and is much appreciated!
Sold me a lemon. Dealer wouldn't come down on the price originally because it was a one owner. Well engine had issues and sat in a shop for 2 months before i could drive it. Once done my dealer plate expired and I found out dealer didnt process my paperwork properly and did a title only so I had another week where car was illegal to drive due to dealership errors. Good deal, good place, good people. Purchased a nice mini countryman here and everyone was helpful and patient. Shawn came in on his day off to wrap up the paperwork, and they handled almost the entire transaction for me online and with the bank to ease my schedule. Happy with my experience
