If you want your new unit to be installed correctly DO NOT use Hood! We purchased brand new indoor and outdoor units and paid Hood to install them. We were preparing my elderly mother's home for sale so no one was living there. Several months later when we listed the house and received an offer the buyers inspection was scheduled.
