Professional with a friendly atmosphere.
I had my first appointment here today as well as my husband, and was very pleased. Being in dentistry for over 50 years myself, and thinking no one would do the job that I held myself to, I tend to be very critical about where I go. I must say, that they went above and beyond my expectations. From the front desk crew, the hygienist Stephanie, and Dr. Hood, everything was done right. First time patient. The care, attitude and demeanor of ALL the staff was absolutely amazing. Even though I live in Hartwell, I will be recommending Hood Family Dental to all my friends and family. Follow-up Dr. Crowe performed a root canal on me today. There was some trouble getting me numb enough but she was SO patient and caring. It actually took two nerve blocks to get me numb enough.
