Paid good money for a servuce never received. Extremely sad. Requested a refund. Because BryAnna is having some sort of child issues and is apparently the only one person who can deal with the issue, MY money is currently being held hostage. Worst experience to date as a professional.
Recently retained Paul Hood for small business. In the past years I never really was able to get answers to a lot of tax questions from other CPAs. After one video conference with a Paul Hood CPA, I was able to get some insight on this upcoming year. Representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel better going into the next season.
I can’t say enough good things about Paul Hood Tax Professionals — especially Haley Watkins and Rachael Bright. From the very first call, they’ve been nothing but kind, patient, and incredibly thorough.
