If I could give this tax place a 0 I would! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! I was charged $750 for POA (Power of attorney) to settle/get on a payment plan with the IRS. We'll after months of them bsin. I found out that I can call thr IRS myself and set up my own payment arrangement! So I emailed them bck to tell them I set it up myself and didn't need the POA, it was no work done on my behalf and they said theres no refund 🤦🏽 this place is a scam!! RUN!!
I'm not sure what's changed but the level of service is not the same.
I can not say enough good things about the help that Pamela Houston gave to us. We had a complex tax situation and she was so knowledgeable and patient to explain everything to us. For the first time we understood what our previous accountants had been doing. She was a great help and worth any amount for her expertise.
Don't know how long this guy has been doing this but why isn't his extension on his email signature? Or the that Paul Hood policy?
