Jill is a income tax expert, very professional, and a real pleasure to work with! I always come away from conversations with her learning something new. She's very personable and has always done a great job with our taxes.
Extremely poor experience with this firm. Incompetent & very slow to respond. Avoid!!! We provided all of our 2024 tax documentation in Q1 of 2025 to allow the firm to file on time. However, we were informed from one of their CPAs that our tax return simply "fell through cracks" and they didn't file our taxes until October 2025 due to the "large amount of growth and lack of structured processes in place". This late filing resulted in a $750 late penalty with the IRS in which we then communicated we would expect a reimburseme... read more
The financial advice I received from PaulHood was very helpful.
Terrible Service...I paid a few thousand dollars for their service.....still no resolution after 3 years....they are good sales people ,I gotta hand it to them.....dont waste your money.....I fell for their pitch....hope nobody else does.
I'm not sure what's changed but the level of service is not the same. .
