Deb, Jim and Heidi are simply the best!! They help you feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and the staff is all fabulous. I always highly recommend them to all of my friends! I have been a monthly customer for about 2 years I think now. I wouldn't ever go back to shaving, or to any other waxer.
I am so happy to have found this place. I went in sort of nervous about getting my back waxed. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Waxing was much less painful then previous establishments I have visited, and results were so much better. No rash or soreness following, just silky smooth. My wife loves it, I will be back.
Heidi is great! I was apprehensive about the whole process, but Heidi put me at ease and have been back multiple times.
It is wonderful. The employees are very nice, they explain things as they go, they talk and make you comfortable. Would recommend.
