To talking and scheduling with Ethan then Jeff coming out to clean our carpets, the whole experience was amazing! Both rooms had bad dog pee stains and after their process they were completely gone and smelt like new again. Very professional and truly care for the customer. I highly recommend this business because of their honesty and hard work! Mahalo Nui!

Honu Carpet Cleaning is excellent with top notch service. They are reliable, affordable, friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to get the job done. I had two carpets cleaned, two showers deep cleaned and resealed, and I'm scheduled to have our sofa deep cleaned at the end of this month. I had a really easy experience dropping my two wool rugs off and picking them up a week later. They look so great now, they are vintage Moroccan rugs that I had never had cleaned before and have used a lot myself as well. They are so much more vibrant in color now, the tassels are white (I thought they were pale brown) and they even repaired some of the braiding in the tassels for me.
