I don't recommend this management company to anyone. They just increased my rent $150 but have made no improvements on the apartment. The windows are from the 1980s and single-pane glass, I paid $200 a month in propane on top of $175 National Grid bill because of how poorly the apartment is. The management company does not fix things in a timely manner when asked I still have a hole in my ceiling where my neighbors upstairs couldn't learn to keep water in the tub.
