Great knowledge of what was going on with me. Very professional and pleasant. Would recommend this Urgent Care Facility.
Whole experience was phenomenal. Was able to schedule an appointment that morning, and everyone from front desk through nurse practitioner was friendly and thorough. This was my first time at this location and I couldn’t have been more impressed.
The NP Mary was very polite and professional. The intake nurse was also Polite and thorough. The receptionist was incompetent, could not make change after I clearly stated I was paying cash. Made me go and get change (for a hundred! Good luck) when I came back 15 minutes later with correct change she has bumped people ahead of me. Additionally, the waiting room was hotter than a sweat lodge with the thermostat set on 80 on a 114 degree day. The waiting room also stunk like beer. Do better honorhealth!!!
