When the staff saw me approaching their door, they knew I wasn't feeling well and jumped into action by helping me with the intake procedure. I was quickly taken to a patient room and treated swiftly with kindness. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was effectively treated. As I walked out, all of the staff wished me well soon.
I came in a few months ago with stomach issues. I explained that I had been exposed to someone who had been tested for a specific virus and they had it. I was interrupted with "oh Google" as if I had been looking up my symptoms online. Very unprofessional. I was also informed that there was no need for a test, they don't worry about things like that. For being the only patient there staff was very inattentive. You can hear them all laughing and talking about personal lives while we were waiting in patient room.
