Extremely impressed! As someone who deals with process improvement, without question give them 5 stars hands down. From, registration, to getting my vitals taken to the NP seeing me was exceptional. The turnaround times from registration to discharge was 30mins. Sending my script to the pharmacy was completed with no issue. A1 service! Took 20 minutes to check 2 patients in. All I had was a question … if they could do an eye flush. Sorry guys urgent care doesn’t flush out eyes!!
terrible. left cuz nobody was coming to my room. we got in the room then waited 25 minutes then lady comes in i tell her my symptoms and she checks my heart rate then said she was getting swabs then left again for another 30 minutes. so i just left.
