It’s incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with Bob Bove Neuroscience. They never answer the phone, and it’s nearly impossible to speak to a real person. For a medical office, that kind of unresponsiveness is unacceptable—especially when dealing with serious neurological concerns. I expected better.
