I had a confusing and, quite frankly, very poorly managed visit to the Sonora Crossing medical center and hospital. I went to the ER with a hip and leg injury, and was experiencing pain on an 8 or 9 out of 10. It was nice to see that it wasn't an overbooked ER, and the first person who took my information down was a nurse named Jack and he was great.
