My mother has been calling and going to this office since May and they’ve hung up on us three times. Still can’t get them to send the proper paperwork to her Insurance so she can get her test done.They keep forcing a referral to smiles Imaging and not the office that is closer to my mothers house. Don’t bother coming here to their Emergency Dept. I’ve been waiting almost 3 hours in the ER Lobby after being brought it with severe chest pains, shortness of breath. The initial point of service is useless. My son wrote that I was experience severe chest pains and shortness of breath and yet I’m waiting almost 3 hours. Truly a 3rd world emergency department would be more attentive. I don't know where to start so I'm going to start from beginning. I started my journey at another hospital and was diagnosed with sever appendicitis. This hospital did not have a surgeon so I was sent via ambulance to Honor Health Osborn. When I was taken into my room the two female nurses said they had to check me for bruises and bed sores so I wouldn't sue them for something another hospital did.
