Front office is very pleasant and then on to the nursing staff very pleasant also l love FNP Raia very pleasant and encouraging took her time to get to know me as a person as well as a patient
Staff were very kind and knowledgeable very professional, had my doctor's visit and even drew blood for my A1C count in and out.
Saw Dr. Raia and she was amazing!! She listened and agreed with me continuing with a thyroid specialist instead of making me feel bad I wasn’t using her for thyroid medication. She took her time with me the first visit. Excited to continue on my journey with her as my new PCP
Once I was seen, everyone was pleasant but since my visit, every time I call, I have been put on hold for over an hour (I do other things while I wait) eventually I hang up. I am still waiting on someone to call me with results of my ultrasound. I don't think they deserve any star
