Not a Bank They are all about the money, the front desk has no professionalism, the doctor is never there and they had me coming in 7 times in one month at $50 dollars a visit. I quit going there.

Lengthly wait times.Repeated visits,but never actually see the Dr. The staff actually forgot patient was there waiting...Repeated calls are not returned.One call took 2 weeks to respond.Everytime i call,get different person,who has no clue,seriously!!!So am told someone would call back,gues what ,,no call.Chart said two different things,so wrong meds were given,After terrible side effects,DR out of ofc for a month.Wow what if my daughter dies.He ,or his staff does not take a brain tumor seriously,,,sooooooo sad!

I would not recommend seeing Dr. Lalani, associated with Scottsdale Healthcare Endocrinology Institute. He has made me and other patients wait consistenly for over an hour just to see him for 5 minutes, his staff misplaces medical records, x-rays, prescription requests, insists on monthly visits (when other endocrinologists are OK with 3 to 6 month visits), is too fond of tests, and overall poor performance. (The man can't even wear a suit with matching trousers and jacket!)
