Dr Adamson, Vina and everyone who actually gives you medical care are wonderful. Dr Adamson really listens and has a conversation with you about your concerns and treatment going forward. However the front desk at this location and the surgery scheduler Tammy are less than professional and seem to think they're cashiers at Circle K. My first visit I get there early as requested, at my appointment time I'm told the Dr just got back from a delivery so can I come back later. I said I have another appointment later. I LOVE coming here just so I get to talk to Vina when I check in and out. Talk about a breath of fresh air. She’s so kind, patient, and pleasant to speak with. Thank you for you kindness, Vina. You’re fantastic.
My Dr. Adamson is the best. He is very professional, fast, and efficient. However his assistant Viddy scheduled me for today Monday @2pm mind u I live 45 min away I show up and there's no Apt. I swear this place I go to the bathroom and no toilette paper nor running water. Worst office building ever!!!
Had a great experience at this practice in particular their PA was incredibly helpful, patient, listened to me, and I’m grateful for her help.
Was told by the front desk receptionist that I needed to reschedule due to missing early check in time although I was on time for my scheduled appointment time. Did not take into consideration that I drove 1 hour to get there due to currently living in Maricopa. I also recently received Obgyn surgerys by in network provider and was referred by in network pcp&gyn onc surgeon for post op aftercare treatment and hormone therapy for my diagnosis’s. The quality of care was very inconsiderate.
