Was told by the front desk receptionist that I needed to reschedule due to missing early check in time although I was on time for my scheduled appointment time. Did not take into consideration that I drove 1 hour to get there due to currently living in Maricopa. I also recently received Obgyn surgerys by in network provider and was referred by in network pcp&gyn onc surgeon for post op aftercare treatment and hormone therapy for my diagnosis’s. The quality of care was very inconsiderate.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through at this facility. After my initial results indicated a need for further imaging, the process came to a complete halt. I discovered the delay was due to a failed fax transmission, yet the staff made no attempt to resolve the issue or send the order via another method. After four separate attempts to contact them over two weeks, I asked them to send me the order and I will drive it to the location, which has been the fastest resolution here. My Dr. Adamson is the best. He is very professional, fast, and efficient. I am very grateful for he answered all my questions and concerns. I had multiple issues going on with my health and he addressed all my needs. His office staff is amazingly friendly and courteous. I am glad to say I received the best customer service ever. Thanks you guys Rock!!!
Dr. Adamson, was the most professional and relaxed Doctor I’ve ever encountered. He was amazing and did his job better than anyone I’ve ever seen! Priya was our OBGYN and she walked up through the all the trimesters and was always there when we had questions. She did an outstanding job. Overall that was the most incredible experience I’ve ever been through and I owe that to staff at Honor Health Mountain Vista OBGYN You guys are absolutely amazing and I want to thank you all for helping me bring my son into this world❤️
The PA was very educational and even helped me with another problem I thought I’d have to go to a different specialist for!
