I was greeted warmly by a staff member when I walked in. A friendly staff person took me back to the room. It was a very short wait until the Physician came in. He knocked on the door prior to entering. It is a pet peeve when medical personnel enter the room without a brief knock. I guess I'm old school.. but I would never enter a patients room without a courtesy knock. And this doctor had manners. Great customer service. Caring staff.
Honor Health on general is our go to group for medical care. I used their Anthem Urgent Care office last week for an eye problem. The PA and nurse were thoughtful and thorough as well as listening to my opinion for medicine. I appreciate making a time slot to come as well.
Staff Was very friendly.
Both Julie and Zana at the front desk were fantastic! Jess who roomed me was professional and efficient. And Kelli Green was amazing! And both Jess and Kelli were extremely helpful when I was having issues with the pharmacy. So thankful for that whole office!!
