I am usually seen by Matthew and have nothing but good things to say about him however he was unavailable so I was seen by Nicholas Kucinski, DO who was late for the tel-med appointment. Saw me less than 5 minutes only to be rude and unhelpful as he said he could do nothing for me. When I asked the office to cancel my appointment since there was nothing they could do for me they said they would get back to me if they were unable to. They did not.
