Went to honor health gilbert today at Dr. Winters office to have my blood drawn. Joann the phlebotomy was exceptional!!! She got my blood drawn on first try!!!! Bingo!!!! She is the best!!! It is always a challenge for me as I have smaller veins and I dread it bc it always seems hard for them to get my blood. Joann was amazing! She was very fun and easy to talk to plus professional! This office is the best! The front staff is friendly and welcoming. All the paperwork is on line avoiding having to fill in forms in the office. Having a blood lab on-site is a big plus. The person doing the blood draws is very friendly, putting me at ease. Best part—no pain!! Results are posted to the on-line portal the same day. My Doctor, Dr. Winter, is also the best! He listens! Every staff member was super nice. My concerns were listened to and addressed. Love this office.
This place was beyond my expectations! The front desk was very kind and helpful. There was no attitude or staff gossiping about anything very professional. The MA, George was exceptional and listened to my concerns and did a wonderful job! Never have I had a place for PCP that I recommend until now.
