There are so many things to complain about with this group. I used to be a patient at this practice, however have changed groups due to their poor patient care. Almost every time I would try to call, I was put on hold indefinitely or hung up on. I'm seeing a new doctor now and even the new group has a terrible time actually getting through to someone to get my medical records.
