Hard to find office - didn’t know which building and what suite. But not a very long wait and good care
I have tried to talk to my doctor or his assistant but I'm only allowed to leave a message and no one gets back to me. It shows I spoke with Dr Patel on the phone but I didn't. I have important medication questions and referrals needed. I was only there once and was happy with the doctors that I met with because they understood my rare medical condition so that was a plus. I wish blood work would have been done however as I am extremely anemic and it can't be controlled through diet. I'm meeting with the surgeon soon and if ... read more
-- I emailed their contact email, from the response they gave to this review, they do not care. I asked to be emailed, they may have called instead, I didn't answer. This is two very negative experiences at HonorHealth in a very short timeframe, I'm personally never going back to an HonorHealth location if I can help it. They do not honor your health. First time and last time to a residency medical office. The e-check-in process was extensive, lot of information they ask for. The in-person check-in was even more information.... read more
