Disgusting customer service over the phone huffing n puffing in my ear yeah don’t expect me to call back that person I spoke to man just ruined whatever trust I had for this office
I contacted this practice upon learning that my previous Dr. is now with them. I called to schedule an appointment and was told his calendar would be opening up in December. I was promised a call back later that day. This was on 11/21/25. I received no call and called again on the Friday after Thanksgiving, the office was closed. I called again on 12/1/25 and left a message to schedule. The message says not to leave multiple messages but I think in two days I should be able to get a call back. Dr. Raappoport is possibly the best doctor I've ever had. He takes the time to show you all imaging and explain what's happening there so the patient can understand the situation. I have a number of issues with my entire body, particularly my spine, so finding someone who understood my conditions, most specifically Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which complicates literally everything but he understood it! These people are incompetent in their office. These Drs could be the best in the world but I was in my psychologist office when they called. And now a month later or more I still can't get ahold of them. I got another referral. Screw these incompetent people.
Dear office staff of Next Era Spine Care in conjunction with HonorHealth: Please revise your hours of operation. I specifically called today to validate your hours and was told you’re open until 4:30pm. I asked because I work Monday through Friday during the day as well and have to take time off work to come to pick up paperwork from your office.
