I haven’t had my visit yet. This is strictly in regards to new patient intake phone call. I wasn’t rushed, I was “heard”, i don’t recall the name of the customer care person but she was compassionate, professional, and thorough. I pick Honorhealth facilities because I like the consistency of care given by support staff. Doctors are doctors and I know how to advocate for my health but most of our interactions in a medical facility is not with the MD, it’s support staff that keeps things running and everyone knows that!
Disgusting customer service over the phone huffing n puffing in my ear yeah don’t expect me to call back that person I spoke to man just ruined whatever trust I had for this office
