Good and quality service, attention with respect and empathy.
The staff and doctor is great, but, I had to wait 30 minutes in a room before the doctor came in. I don't mind waiting , but 30 minutes is too long.
Dr Brennan is an excellent professional surgeon, and his staff are fantastic!
My primary doc referred me to Dr Dersam to address a tear in my miniscus. I had my consult and had surgery in mid June. I like Dr Dersam and think hes a fine surgeon. My knee was great afterward. Then something changed about three weeks after. Crazy pain, legit couldnt walk on it. I called the office and they scheduled me for two weeks out even after describing the pain level and mobility issue.
