What a joke ! I was given a referral here upon discharge from hospital. Nurse showed up after 9 pm unannounced and woke me up. We discuss therapy and I let her know I was looking forward to scheduling something because I really needed to get better quickly for upcoming college classes. I was notified through MyChart that the nurse charted that I refused care and d/c the order !
