My mother had a very serious stroke and was hospitalized for a month. We had our first cardiologist appointment post discharge, referral was from the case manager and the importance of this visit was confirmed by her neurologist. We are not medical professionals and besides some cursory research, we did not know what to expect going in. Although not egregious, we both felt the visit was underwhelming and rushed/incomplete. Dr did not seem to know why I was there. They took X-rays AGAIN that were not needed as I had a MRI done at Honor Health on July 3rd. Dr could not find the MRI but a nurse did. He suggested surgery to repair my knee and I agreed. Now waiting to get a date to have it done, wait time to see a Dr is much to long. Yesterday I sat in a room for an hour PAST my schedule time to even talk with the Dr! Gene Van Auker
