Everyone is kind, courteous and checkin is a breeze with the mychart ap. We looked everything except we arrived 15 minutes early as required, there was only 1 other patient in the building and the dr was still 30 minutes late to our room. No one said anything about the doctor running behind. We had another appointment we missed and rescheduled because of this. Please remember our time is precious also.
