First time visit.I showed up 10 minutes late. I have mobility problems and I got turned around trying to find the office. I came in and The waiting room was empty. I had a 2 pm appointment and it was 2:08 when I walked in. They then say they can’t see me because I’m late. But they will check to see if they could still see me. I saw the PA Taylor finally someone actively listened to me with compassion & understanding. She came up with a plan for my health issues. I am so thankful for her and her compassion & understanding. Medical Assistant personable & attentive. I was never rushed which was really great.
Outstanding doctors just a little disappointing having to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment.
