Competent, friendly, and professional staff.
This place is a mess. Always a wait, even if you make an appointment. My child coughed for over a hour in their lobby yesterday waiting for his “appointment.” Note we had to go back for a second appointment in order to get my son treated properly with the right meds. Never going back. This business only responds to positive reviews because they have nothing to say for constantly making people wait and providing sub par care. The office staff and PA were nice enough and listened to my concerns. They did give me a referral to an ENT who doesn’t see pediatric patients and you would think that they would know this.
