Worst emergency room I have ever been to . literally sat in the ER for over 5 hours pregnant and irritated . No one could every give an answer of how much longer I would have to wait . Registration is rude and careless . No one could explain why it was taking so long or why there were people several people that came in way after me that got seen and taken back before me . My daughter had bumped her head thanksgiving day 2024 she needed an x-ray of her head the staff was amazing and a in and out experience My daughter has special needs and is disabled they were great with her

when did experiencing extreme pain, this lady picture attached, was beyond rude to me at the check-in refusing to see me or even let a doctor speak with me. Extremely unprofessional, even laughing and blowing kisses as I left. I’ve been through this hospital many times my family works for honor health, and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. front reception Brittney, needs to find a different job, not in healthcare

My neck has been really hurting me and I had a long head rush that stopped my eye sight and hearing for a couple minutes. They got me in quick. They did a CT scan and gave me medication for swelling. Everyone was friendly and explained what they were doing to me very well. Thankfully it wasn't anything serious but they treated me like it was just incase, they listened to my concerns well and gave me proper medications. Thank you.

Worst ER experience I’ve ever had. Went in feeling extreme pain and shortness of breath. Was in the waiting room for 6 hours. They didn’t even get me anything for the pain. I went to the bathroom and started coughing up black tar and really couldn’t breathe at that point. Only thing they did was put me back in a wheelchair and take me back to the waiting room for another 3 hours. Once I was admitted I was diagnosed with pneumonia and had a ton of pain.
