Only go to this hospital if your intention is to die in their waiting room while you wait for somebody to see you. You might get seen at some point. I begged my mother to choose Banner where this would never have happened. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would.
If you need medical care, DO NOT go anywhere associated with this company. I’m extremely upset with this terrible establishment. Not just this location either, the entire company is unorganized, confused, and no one is on the same page. I needed some MRIs done and was wanting to pay cash because I didn’t have insurance. So, I called around to get pricing. Well, Melissa Horne (who works with pre-registering cash patients) gave me the wrong estimate twice. I went to ER with severe stomach and bloody bowels. They took excellent care of me ..got me into ct scan rite away then admitted me for 5 days...the care was the best..the nurses and all the staff were so kind, so very attentive
