I will never use Honor Health ever again I had an endoscopy 3 weeks ago I had several biopsy taken They said I should hear back in 7 to 10 days I don't know how a Business like this stays in business
A great favorite honoring the health services in Scottsdale
Honor Health Shea needs training on patient care. Further they need an accountability loop where patient input is thoughtfully considered and steps to correct are implemented in a timely manner. Simple care measures like providing the patient with water were not followed. Thankfully my partner found a frig in the hospital near a bio hazard station ( by a dirty microwave) to source water bottles for me. I call Honor Health billing a minimum of 1 time per week. They can’t keep their records straight from one day to the next. I attribute this to their IT department because staff tries hard to rectify billing to the correct insurer but their coding doesn’t support more than one insurer correctly. Really, how many of you out there are being erroneously charged and fighting this nonsense.
