Complaint Regarding Excessive Wait Time I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my experience at HonorHealth Urgent Care/ER off Lake Pleasant in Peoria. I came in for what should have been a relatively simple visit to have X-rays taken of my left foot. To be fair, I was taken back to a room quickly, and the X-rays were completed in a reasonable amount of time. I must have came at the wrong time. I went to banner and they didn’t do X-rays recommended other facilities. Contacted HonorHealth and they said I can go to complete care for urgent care side for X-rays. I got checked in waited then got sent to a room waiting for an hour and had not one person come check on me. I had so much anxiety that I just got up and walked out. There is an emergency room.on every corner - don't go here, it's not the one. This is the one they take shortcuts. This is the one where 3 people will tell you 3 different things. This is the one where the front desk doesnt look up from their phones. You can do better for your health and for your money.
