My doctor, Dr. Fernandes, has been my doctor for over 3 years. She got me through lung cancer and I have been in remission for 2 1/2 years. She is very intelligent and knows her "stuff" but more meaningful to me is her bedside manner. She takes her time with me at my appointments and I never feel rushed. She is so unassuming and does not display an ego. Her assistant, Anna, is also great. She knows what she's doing and is very personable.
