Very slow for MRI appointments. Always have a long wait, not sure why we need appointments since you aren't seen when scheduled. No more walk in xray, again not sure why they can't handle that. Omg the music is old loud and not conducive to a relaxing experience. I'm old and the music is from my parents time. The 1st time they didn't offer a selection of music in the mri.
Everyone there was professional, efficient, personable and the office was clean. I felt at ease and appreciate the seamless care. There needs to be more medical offices and hospitals that run this smoothly.
Everyone was very kind and professional I rated at 4 stars because the tech was not able to put my IV in a very easily visible vein and then another tech came in and a few more sticks. The first guy said a lot of scar tissue was in the vein from prior sticks and so on. They both were very nice but it was quite uncomfortable during the process. Since that visit the phlebotomist at the VA has stuck me 3 times and no issues or scar tissue. I think they need special training for their patient prep. I’m a patient on blood thinner... read more
