Friendly staff, operates on time with schedule. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and was checked in, taken back and had my CT before my actual appointment time. Best SMIL location i have been to, hands down
I was checked in within 5 minutes and was in getting scanned 10 minutes later. The Technician (Brett) was polite, explained what was being done and once the scanning was complete, assisted with walking me out and Directing me where I needed to go to exit the facility. Great place to be a patient and everyone is a Professional!!
Amazing staff and service
I went there for a research scan. The correct protocols wasn’t followed and without even a sorry, I was told I needed to come back to be radiated and spend another 2-3 hours dealing with getting scanned again. The mishap is disqualifying for the stem cell injection for my back pain. They even have the nerve to say it is on you to keep calling back for cancellations even though they were the ones to screw up. No accountability or compensation for the waste of time and being radiated for no reason.
