Front desk staff was rude to customers.but the second a doctor came in super nice and sweet. Tech was also not nice to someone in pain.
Nice facility. The techs who performed my test were professional and pleasant.
Friendly staff, operates on time with schedule. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and was checked in, taken back and had my CT before my actual appointment time. Best SMIL location i have been to, hands down
I was checked in within 5 minutes and was in getting scanned 10 minutes later. The Technician (Brett) was polite, explained what was being done and once the scanning was complete, assisted with walking me out and Directing me where I needed to go to exit the facility. Great place to be a patient and everyone is a Professional!!
