I have been to many medical imaging offices in at least 4 different states over the years, & this was, by far, the BEST! From being greeted at the front desk by Alana - who was so personable & friendly - to Claudia, who actually performed the Bone Density Imaging. Claudia was knowledgeable, accommodating to my pain, friendly, & efficient. Needless to say, I was impressed! I always stress when I come in for a mammogram but everyone in this office is phenomenal! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Staff here is excellent. Was in and out in a half an hour. Gentleman at the sign in desk was very sweet .
Scheduling nightmare! First contacted SMIL in early August. They said they couldn't schedule the procedure until they had the order from the Dr and would call me once it was received. When they did call to schedule they determined the location based on the order and said the soonest they could get me in was 10/9 (today) but I could call back to see if they could move it up.
