The staff and Judge were very nice and approachable. The judge was fair and took time to listen and review presented evidence. This was my first experience ever and it was very pleasant.
This guy David J Barton. I would give him a zero if I could. I have been to this so called court twice and this guy don’t have any ounce of empathy. He only listen to whoever is rich or cops getting revenue for him. In my experience if you are a little guy trying to fight you are already a loser. Don’t even bother to get more harassment from this Judge. Trust me THERE IS NO FAIR HEARING.
