If I could give less than one star I would. I work at group home and one of my clients attends this adult day program. We are set up to drop off our client at 8am. We are here at 805am at the latest and the office is never open on time. Today alone while waiting over 15 minutes and counting to drop off our client we have witnessed another client running around the parking lot and a staff member from another group home smoking with her clients in the vehicle.
