I took Grace's 'Support for Restricting and Bingeing' course and am so pleased with the education, support, and compassion it provided. As someone who works in the eating disorder field, I am so grateful that this accessible and affordable resource exists for anyone struggling with and/or curious about the cycle of restricting and bingeing/craving!
