This is Phillip they have taken my dads hearing aids, prescribed by va , refusing to answer phone calls, chats, emails ,THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!! taking advantage of va members possibly selling or stealing there items never to get them back or hearing from again
VA Texas referred me to this company. I received one voicemail 2 months ago... I have tried and tried to get through to real person, have left numerous messages with ZERO response. Don't know where the 5 star reviews coming from, but not from this soldier! Must make VA Health system aware of the total unresponsiveness of this company... too sad :(

Such knowledgeable, professional caring staff. Dr. Richard and staff are awesome. Explained everything to include expectations of my near hearing aids. I was shocked at the clarity of these little things, I wanted to cry. Thank you all so much. Not only do you help us veterans but our families as well. No more frustrations with the lack of understanding.
