Harold Nakashima, Service Advisor, was excellent in checking my car in for service and follow up at completion service. Very knowledgeable and courteous.
Great job this time. Had 20 k mileage service done and Sheree was helpful. I could have given 5 star but I was very disappointed and upset last year after they fix my airconditioner. While driving home after picking up my car I noticed the headliner is unattached by front visors, I took pictures and called service dept. To summarize, if you need work done, they should take a picture of the car interior.
