I bought my car from Honolulu Volkswagen, and I bring it in for service to Honolulu Volkswagen. I feel they listen to me, and they talk to me, not at me, in return.
Service is on point and friendly. Pricing is what it is but at least I’m not having to back serval times for the same issue. I appreciate you respecting my time.
Excellent service, excellent detail.
Took the car for service. It took almost 4 hours. This was very unacceptable. Also had some other work done and was quoted a one hour wait. It took 2 hours. Not looking forward to future appointments!
Great service. Awesome staff. Helpful and efficient. They even wash your car for you! I would say Honolulu VW have the best service department on the island!
