I came home as a brand new paraplegic, just trying to adjust to my new reality, and management slapped a citation on my wheelchair accessible rental car for not having a decal. SERIOUSLY???? I was home 12 hours !!!!!!! This is an ongoing issue with them so much in fact that my other car I took across the street to the public parking and pay $150 a month To park it over there because they kept harassing me while we’re having a sticker. The building is beautiful, great location, most of the staff is fantastic... However, the old white man with the gray beard that tends the security/front desk is a huge problem in what would have been a perfect place to live. The reason we decided against this building was because of him. We spoke with some of the residents, and they explained that they know very much who we're talking about because he's ALWAYS rude, disrespectful, has no courtesy or politeness to him. My team and I have an active listing in the building - and are still in disbelief over the amazing amenities. There is a bowling alley, full gym, an oversized hot tub, dry sauna, koi ponds surrounding the BBQ area, and a place to practice your golf swing. Ample guest parking & the location…I just love this building. We helped renovate and the management team was very helpful and accommodating.
