Beautiful place, however it sucks when I or my husband go to the front desk for something & are greeted with an awful, unprofessional attitude every time Robert is working. The rest of the staff is phenomenal.
No one gets special treatment here and I like that. They are firm and should be. If you don’t like it leave.
I came home as a brand new paraplegic, just trying to adjust to my new reality, and management slapped a citation on my wheelchair accessible rental car for not having a decal. SERIOUSLY???? I was home 12 hours !!!!!!! This is an ongoing issue with them so much in fact that my other car I took across the street to the public parking and pay $150 a month To park it over there because they kept harassing me while we’re having a sticker.
