The building is beautiful, great location, most of the staff is fantastic... However, the old white man with the gray beard that tends the security/front desk is a huge problem in what would have been a perfect place to live. The reason we decided against this building was because of him. We spoke with some of the residents, and they explained that they know very much who we're talking about because he's ALWAYS rude, disrespectful, has no courtesy or politeness to him. My team and I have an active listing in the building - and are still in disbelief over the amazing amenities. There is a bowling alley, full gym, an oversized hot tub, dry sauna, koi ponds surrounding the BBQ area, and a place to practice your golf swing. Ample guest parking & the location…I just love this building. We helped renovate and the management team was very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful building that is close to everything! The amazing staff and security keep the building clean and safe. Super friendly residents. We love the huge hottub and pool. There is a great gym with a basketball court. They have well maintained grills, tennis court, golf practice space, and koi fish pond on the 8th floor. We enjoy having safe, covered off-street parking and guest parking. We have stunning sunset views from our condo and ac in the unit. I highly recommend living here!
