Quoted me a week but was done in one day.
The customer service made me very unhappy. The customer service agent asked me where I bought the car. I couldn't answer for a while, and she kept saying OMG in an impatient tone. She also asked me why I didn't repair the safety recall at the place where I bought the car. If I bought it privately, do I need to ask the seller to help me repair it? I bought a used truck from Honolulu Ford and didn’t notice they put black duct tape under a trim piece that fell off with a big rust spot under the tape. Left my name and number 6 different times to talk to a manager and then later when I seeded oil change service that I paid for. They never called me back once and I stopped counting the times I called and no one answered. Very Lame
Called to make an appointment, the lady said they don't work on 2013 model and below and hung up on me so fast
